This is it! I officially welcome you to the most beautiful day in the Universe!
Today, we will crown Miss Universe 2015. It is another year of fierce competition from beauty pageant powerhouses and from a handful of pleasant surprises. The preliminary competition gave us a glimpse on the arsenal of these ladies and it seems that we will all be a witness to a battle royale later during the glittery finale.
Trimming down the 80 into 15 was such an herculean task but after hitting the replay button of the preliminary show video and trying to identify the preference of the new owners of the organization, I finally have my fave list:
Kosovo (Mirjeta Shala)
Finland (Rosa-Maria Ryyti)
Mexico (Wendy Esparza)
Curacao (Kanisha Sluis)
Georgia (Janet Kerdikoshvili)
Thailand (Aniporn Chalermburanawong)
Venezuela (Mariana Jimenez)
Great Britain (Nena France)
Chile (Maria Belen Jerez)
India (Urvashi Rautela)
Russia (Vladislava Evtushenko)
Paraguay (Myriam Arevalos)
Vietnam (Huong Pham)
Peru (Laura Spoya)
Brazil (Marthina Brandt)
Colombia (Ariadna Gutierrez)
USA (Olivia Jordan)
Australia (Monika Radulovic)
Yes, I am not choosing among these three. I just can’t! All three gave very solid performance but if we will throw into the mix some “political considerations” then it might just be the deal breaker:
Dominican Republic (Clarissa Molina)
If the preference is someone who is young or if there is a need to crown a Latina!
France (Flora Coquerel)
If the preference is someone from Europe!
Philippines (Pia Wurtzbach)
If the preference for the crown is from Asia.
Wishing every delegate the best of luck!
